What do I do if I have vulnerable people in my property?

If you have vulnerable people living in your property, please let us know as soon as possible. Vulnerable people include those who but not limited to:

- Do not speak English as a first language.

- Have any form of disability.

- People living in the home under 14 years of age.

- Rely on life-dependent medication or medical equipment (e.g. dialysis).

This will allow us to tailor our services appropriately and make any adjustments to ensure the safety and comfort of all individuals present during the installation process.
