If I choose to proceed with having a heat pump when do I make payment?

If you choose to proceed with a heat pump upgrade, payment will be as follows:

A £350 fixed fee for your Design Consultation. This is taken when you book your Heat Geek visit.

Once you have had the consultation and we have designed a system that meets your requirements, we will issue your proposal. It can take around two weeks for your proposal to be ready for you to review.

If you decide to proceed with the upgrade, you will be required to pay 25% of the total fee (minus the initial £350).

Your remaining balance, minus any Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant (if eligible), is paid upon completion of the upgrade.
