About Heat Pumps
Do I need to be home for the installation?
The responsible person needs to be home on the first day of the upgrade, and also for commissioning and system 'handover and sign-off' day.
We also require someone to be present at the arrival and leaving times each day. These are typically 8 am till 5 pm but vary per Heat Geek and per day.
